The Nanaimo Bar was first made and named after the city of Nanaimo located in British Columbia on Vancouver Island. Our gluten-free Naniamo Bars consist of 3 layers. The first layer is made with our house-made graham cracker crumbs, coconut and cocoa. The middle layer is our vanilla custard and then topped with a layer of chocolate ganache. A very decedent dessert and a customer favourite. A great treat that can be enjoyed with family and friends during this Christmas Holiday!
