Traditional Gluten-Free Bread Loaf


Our German style Gluten Free Bread is handmade and rolled on premise. It has a very rustic look and taste. The Traditional loaf has a slight sourdough flavour and holds its texture, so you can feel confident that your favourite sandwich won’t fall apart in your hands.

If bread is stored at room temperature, the shelf-life is 2-3 days. Ensure the bread bag is sealed tightly after opening.

Alternatively, you can store your bread in the freezer for up to 9 months. For unopened bread, you can stick the product directly into the freezer, no extra packaging is needed. For leftover bread, transfer the slices into a freezer bag and remove as much air out of the bags before sealing them.

Our Gluten-Free Bread is made on-premise in a Gluten and Nut-free facility. Manufacturing practices include ingredient quality controls, full product traceability, in-house gluten testing, standardized allergen and sanitation cleaning procedures.
