Alternatively, you can store your gluten-free cinnamon buns in the freezer for up to 9 months. For unopened cinnamon buns, you can stick the product directly into the freezer, no extra packaging is needed. For leftover cinnamon buns, transfer the buns into a freezer bag and remove as much air out of the bags before sealing them.
