Storage Instructions & Delivery Disclaimer

Our bread will stay fresh for 3–4 days when stored at room temperature. To maintain freshness, be sure to seal the bread bag tightly after opening. For longer storage, freeze your bread for up to 9 months.

  • Unopened bread can be placed directly into the freezer—no additional packaging required.
  • Leftover slices should be transferred to a freezer-safe bag, with as much air removed as possible before sealing.

At Beat the Wheat, we take all reasonable measures to ensure safe food handling and timely delivery within the estimated timeframes. Once a package has been delivered—either left at the door or with a concierge—we can no longer assume responsibility for the condition of the package or its contents. Because our products contain no preservatives, we recommend placing them in the freezer immediately upon arrival to maintain quality and freshness.
